Bureau designed by Turnidge of London.Turnidge were a small maker in the 1960s and 70s specialising in bookcases and bureaus. Great quality with simple lines and Scandinavian style detailing .This piece is teak with inset handles. The cabinet features a drop leaf desk on top, with a drawer and compartments. Below there are two doors with ample storage solutions.
This is a beautiful piece in very good original condition all round with a very nice golden colour which can only be achieved with aged teak. The odd marks and scratch but nothing obvious that deters from the overall look piece that would compliment any modern home.
