Do you deliver?
We do deliver our furniture using a specialist courier service nationwide. The shipping fee is determined by your delivery address.
What are the delivery charges?
- National Delivery Charge (Southern & Northern Ireland): €85
- Dublin/Belfast and Louth Delivery Charge: €60
- Homeware & Lamps: €12
Please note that if you order multiple items, the delivery rate remains the same—there are no extra charges for additional items.
Do you ship overseas?
Currently, we only offer delivery within Southern and Northern Ireland. If you are outside these areas, please contact us for any potential options.
How do I pay for delivery?
Delivery fees must be paid directly to the courier in cash upon receipt of your purchase. Please ensure you have the correct amount ready.
How long will delivery take?
Delivery can take between 1 to 28 days, depending on your location. You will receive notification of your delivery time and an estimated time slot prior to dispatch.
Do I need to assist with the delivery?
Deliveries are usually carried out by one person, so some assistance may be required on your end. If you anticipate needing additional support, please let us know in advance so we can make alternative arrangements.
What happens if my order cannot be delivered?
We reserve the right to cancel your order if we have insufficient stock or if we cannot deliver to your area.
Refunds & Returns
What is your returns policy?
You have 14 days from the date of receipt to return your purchase. Please notify us if you would like to return your product, and we will arrange for collection by our courier.
Sourced Furniture Policy
Items sourced specifically at a customer's request are considered bespoke sourcing services and differ from furniture purchased directly from our website stock.
Prior to purchase, photographs, videos and details of the sourced piece will be provided for approval. Once approved and purchased, sourced items are non-refundable unless they are significantly different from the approved photographs and description or are found to have an undisclosed fault.
As each sourced piece is selected specifically for an individual customer, returns due to a change of mind, personal preference, or expectations regarding style, colour, age-related wear, or character cannot be accepted.
Any approved returns remain at the discretion of Anteak and may be subject to transport, handling and resale costs.
Am I responsible for the return shipping costs?
Yes, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We do not cover return shipping fees.
Will I receive a full refund for my returned item?

We hope you love your purchase. If you wish to return a stock item, please notify us within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received.
Return transport costs are the responsibility of the customer. Refunds will be processed once the item has been returned and inspected.
Sourced Items
Sourced Furniture
Furniture sourced specifically at a customer's request is purchased and imported based on the customer's approval and requirements.
As a result, sourced items are not eligible for a full refund once purchased. In exceptional circumstances where a return is agreed, all sourcing, import, transport, handling and associated costs incurred by Anteak will be deducted from any refund.
This does not affect your statutory rights in relation to goods that are faulty, damaged, or not as described
Can I exchange my item instead of returning it?
Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return your original purchase and place a new order for the item you desire or get in contact here.
What if my item arrives damaged or defective?
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with photos of the issue. We will work with you to resolve the situation, which may include a return, repair, or replacement.

Can I rent a piece of furniture?
All our furniture is available for rent. If you are organising a shoot or a production and are looking for some furniture, we provide a rental service. Our rental rate is 25% of the list price on any specific item for up to five days. Get in Contact if this is something you would like to ask about!
Do you offer mid-century dining tables on your website, or are they available upon request?
While we do not have capacity for a large number of dining tables in our storage or listed on our website, we have a vast network and can easily source incredible mid-century dining tables for you.
