A superb mid-century teak bureau by Jentique, the renowned British furniture maker celebrated for its quality craftsmanship, solid construction and timeless designs.

This beautifully proportioned piece features a drop-down writing desk, opening to reveal a practical fitted interior with small drawers, shelving and plenty of room for everyday essentials. The generous writing surface is a comfortable height to work at and will easily accommodate a modern laptop.

Below the desk is a full-width open shelf, providing useful additional storage, together with a spacious cupboard and three drawers. Classic dovetail construction and the lovely sculpted handles are further examples of the quality associated with Jentique furniture.

Its relatively compact proportions make this an excellent option for a home office or living space. It will comfortably fit within most standard alcoves. Adjustable feet are another useful original feature.

The bureau is in good original vintage condition, retaining a lovely warm golden tone that has developed naturally with age.
