A great looking pair of mid century armchairs that were made in The Czech republic sometime in the 1960's.

Chairs use one long piece of Beechwood that has been steam bent into shape. This particular model is a 1960s version of the earlier halabala bentwood chairs. A beautiful looking chair with standout design. The hooped bentwood arms chairs are very much influenced by those designed by Jindrich Halabala.

These chairs have been newly upholstered to a high standard in a stunning sunflower yellow velvet fabric. The foam has been updated and they are so comfy to sit in.

The chair is complete with tapering legs create. These are stunning chairs that will be a real center piece within the house. The wood is in original condition.
