Gorgeous Nathan 1960s mid-century highboard. The unit features an open shelf on top with an adjustable shelf. Next to the glass cabinet is a drop-down drinks cabinet, with a single shelf and the flap shelf which acts as a table.
Below the two upper cabinets are two lovely teak-fronted recessed-handled drawers, across the entire front of the unit. In the left-hand drawer, the original Nathan label is to the left wall of the drawer, and the drawer is subdivided into three sections.
Beneath the two drawers is a wide spacious shelf under which sit two further cabinets, behind sliding teak fronted doors, with solid teak handles. There are two cabinets behind the two doors, each with a built-in shelf.
The unit sits on the original solid teak legs.
This is a wonderful, original piece of mid-century furniture, with many potential uses for display and storage. It would enhance any mid-century modern-styled home.
This piece is in very good vintage condition. As with all our mid-century pieces they do have some age-related marks but nothing significant.
